Man Arrested for Disturbance Outside Taco Bell

5 days ago 0

A Florida man was arrested early Thursday morning for exposing himself outside a Taco Bell. The incident took place around 1 a.m. near a side door of the fast-food restaurant. The man, identified as 28-year-old Brandon Irizarry, faced charges of unlawful exposure of sexual organs.

According to the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office, Irizarry was found with his pants down outside the establishment. Deputies described his state as “chimichanga out” when they arrived on the scene. Despite being unaware of the police presence initially, Irizarry attempted to cover himself once he noticed them. Irizarry had multiple pairs of pants pulled down, further adding to the unusual situation.

“In Flagler County, if you can’t keep your business inside your pants, you’ll find yourself at the Green Roof Inn, swimming with different company than your fish,” Sheriff Rick Staly commented on the arrest.

Accompanying the odd behavior was a betta fish found in Irizarry’s backpack. The fish, housed in a plastic container, was transported to the Flagler County Humane Society. The animal, whimsically named “Baja Blast” by deputies, is reportedly in good condition according to the humane society staff.

The sheriff’s office used the incident to humorously remind residents that late-night Taco Bell visits should result in a receipt and potential regret, but not legal troubles. OutKick’s Sean Joseph covered the story, highlighting the community-focused approach of the sheriff’s office.
