Antifa Protesters Clash with Pro-Life Advocate at Leadership Summit

6 days ago 0

A spokeswoman for Students for Life, Lydia Taylor Davis, confronted a group of Antifa protestors outside the Turning Point USA’s Women’s Leadership Summit in Texas. The group reportedly harassed female attendees as they entered and exited the venue.

Davis approached the protestors with a microphone, intending to engage in peaceful dialogue. However, the situation quickly escalated, with the group shouting insults at her, some of which were sexual in nature. They also accused her of being a ‘Nazi’ and ‘fascist,’ according to Davis’s account to Fox News Digital.

During the confrontation, one individual persistently coughed on Davis, while another used a siren close to her face. Additionally, water was thrown at her. The protestors chanted, “Oink, oink, piggy piggy, we don’t want you in our city,” highlighting the aggressive nature of the encounter.

Antifa protestors mocked Charlie Kirk’s assassination, which was seen as shocking behavior by Davis.

Charlie Kirk, a prominent figure in the movement, was shot and killed on September 10 during a Turning Point USA event at Utah Valley University. One protestor wore a mask resembling Kirk and mocked his death, even expressing support for assassinations, according to Davis.

Davis described the event as both tragic and ironic, noting that while they accused her of fascism, they celebrated an assassination, an act against free speech. She emphasized her dedication to the pro-life movement, mentioning that she often has personal security during events due to potential dangers.

The Students for Life spokeswoman urged more individuals to get involved in the pro-life movement, arguing that the violence demonstrated by the left underscores the urgency of their mission. She believes their efforts make a significant impact, changing public opinion on pro-life issues. Davis expressed confidence in the movement’s peaceful approach, contrasting it with the aggressiveness of their opponents.
