While unconventional, she believes the practice helps with bloating and detoxifying, along with improving skin quality. Burke often follows up with a morning lymphatic drainage massage.

Despite the unusual methods, Burke firmly believes in self-care, applying these practices for both physical and mental wellness. “I’m a skeptic, but the self-love and belly massage aspect can’t be overlooked,” she explained.
