A famous saying suggests that a picture is worth a thousand words, but in today’s digital age, a graphic t-shirt and a social media post might convey even more. Jordon Hudson, known as the girlfriend of Bill Belichick, stirred attention with her recent activities following Belichick’s exclusion from the Pro Football Hall of Fame on his first ballot.
Hudson attended a men’s basketball game in North Carolina, wearing a t-shirt that seemed to carry a significant message. This came shortly after she shared a screenshot of her refund for Pro Football Hall of Fame patches. These patches were refunded because, as the email she posted indicated, of “unforeseen circumstances” related to Belichick not being inducted.
“Hey @profootballhof, what were the unforeseen circumstances?” she questioned in her post.
Adding another layer to her statement, Hudson was seen wearing a shirt featuring the logo of the Orchids of Asia Day Spa during the Tar Heels’ game against Duke. This Florida establishment was infamous due to a prostitution sting that involved Robert Kraft, the Patriots’ team owner, in 2019. Although Kraft’s related charge was later dropped, the incident remains a notable chapter in recent NFL history.
The decision to leave Bill Belichick out of the Hall of Fame left many in shock within the NFL community. Despite leading the Patriots to six Super Bowl victories alongside quarterback Tom Brady, neither Belichick nor Kraft made the recent Hall of Fame class, which includes notables like Larry Fitzgerald, Luke Kuechly, Adam Vinatieri, Drew Brees, and Roger Craig.
As of now, Belichick has not publicly commented on the Hall of Fame decision. Meanwhile, his girlfriend Hudson’s actions seem to indirectly voice the discontent surrounding this outcome.
