Former Disney star Maitland Ward has expressed strong disagreement with the depiction of an OnlyFans model in the third season of ‘Euphoria’. This critique focuses on the character Cassie, played by Sydney Sweeney. In an interview with TMZ, Ward, 49, who is now an adult film actress and OnlyFans creator, raised concerns over certain scenes involving Cassie. She cited moments where Cassie is portrayed with a pacifier, styled childishly, and dressed in sheer clothing.

Ward stressed, “There’s a lot you can’t do on OnlyFans.” She emphasized the importance of abiding by guidelines to prevent any connection with child-like portrayals, which she finds “disgusting.” According to Ward, breaching such standards could result in expulsion from OnlyFans.

Ward believes the show portrays creators as “weird and creepy,” undermining the genuine work of many OnlyFans creators. She stated, “It’s disingenuous to make fun of them rather than celebrate them.” Ward also pointed out that the show perpetuates harmful stereotypes about sex workers.
