Mexico’s Young Talent Gilberto Mora

Drawing inspiration from Pelé’s breakout at 17 during the 1958 World Cup, Mexico looks to 17-year-old standout Gilberto Mora. Mora’s journey began with Tijuana in Liga MX. He became the youngest goal-scorer in Liga MX and helped Mexico secure the 2025 CONCACAF Gold Cup, surpassing Pelé’s milestone. Standing at 5-foot-6, 137 pounds, Mora thrives as an attacking midfielder.
