Sabrina Carpenter made a striking appearance at the Dior Cruise 2027 show, embracing the naked dress trend. The pop star attended the event at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in a sheer butter yellow Dior gown paired with visible white lace lingerie.
Carpenter’s dress, crafted from pleated chiffon, featured a high neckline and drop-waist silhouette. It was adorned with oversized yellow and white flower appliqués around the hips and waist, complemented by a flowing layered skirt.
Underneath, Carpenter wore a white lace bra and high-waisted underwear. She completed the look with satin butter yellow peep-toe heels and a matching Dior handbag, showcasing an oversized cream flower appliqué.
The ‘Espresso’ singer styled her hair in a half updo, secured with a white ribbon, and accessorized with diamond earrings. Her ensemble mirrored the gown that later appeared on the runway during the Dior show.
The event, led by creative director Jonathan Anderson, unveiled Dior’s latest Hollywood-inspired collection, with Carpenter sitting in the front row alongside stars like Miley Cyrus, Mikey Madison, Lauren Hutton, Greta Lee, Jisoo, and Anya Taylor-Joy.
Veteran actor Al Pacino also attended, making a rare public appearance with Noor Alfallah. They were seen in a video shared by Variety, sitting in the front row together.
Although not an official Dior ambassador, Carpenter has collaborated with the label extensively, highlighted by her custom Dior gown at this year’s Met Gala. That gown featured strips of vintage film imagery, including scenes from the 1954 classic ‘Sabrina’ starring Audrey Hepburn.
Her choice of outfit during the Met Gala included a halter neckline and a slit tulle skirt adorned with beaded elements. Carpenter accessorized with a flapper-style headpiece covered in crystals and diamonds.
Recently, Carpenter wore custom Dior creations while performing at Coachella 2026. When asked by Vogue correspondent Lala Anthony, Carpenter noted how her evolving music career influences her fashion choices saying, “I’m having too much fun. The crazier the better, the more risks you take the better the payoff.”
