Belkys Nerey and Craig Stevens, veteran news anchors at WSVN-7, have explored their new workspace. The station is relocating to Miramar, signaling a new phase for the South Florida Fox and ABC affiliate.
The new 70,000-square-foot facility is situated at Miramar Parkway and Red Road. The tour took place on Wednesday, May 27. James Bry, executive vice president of Sunbeam Properties & Development, noted, “This is so much more technically advanced than the building they’re in.”
WSVN had been operating from North Bay Village since 1956. The station aims to broadcast fully from the Miramar site by January 2027.
