Michael LaRosa, former chief spokesman, accused the White House of avoiding direct conversation about Biden’s health issues. He believes the current efforts to alter public perception are inadequate. “They’re trying to change the tape in people’s minds about who she is,” LaRosa said. He noted that Jill Biden’s revelation in an interview about her fear of a stroke during the debate was at odds with her initial public reaction.
