Washington, D.C., is currently preparing to bid farewell to Sen. Lindsey Graham, who passed away suddenly at 71. His final journey to South Carolina begins in Washington, where lawmakers and world dignitaries will honor his legacy. Two memorial services are set to take place: one at the U.S. Capitol rotunda and another at the National Cathedral.

Sen. Graham’s impact on national security and foreign policy is significant, and his efforts are reflected in these ceremonies, attracting international figures like Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Zelenskyy will address the senators as they advance Graham’s initiative: imposing severe sanctions on Russia due to the Ukraine conflict.
