The Cavinder twins, Haley and Hanna, attended Swim Week events in Miami. Known for their journey from college basketball players to influencers, the twins openly discussed their cosmetic procedures. During the Sports Illustrated Swim Beach Club Party, they addressed questions about their matching surgeries.

Haley and Hanna appeared at the W South Beach for a Sports Illustrated event on May 29, 2026. Their decision to be transparent about their surgeries aimed to promote body positivity. Hanna said, “Whatever you spread will always come back to you, whether it’s body positivity or anything else in life. If you’re happy with yourself, what else matters?” The procedures were part of a broader personal journey, emphasizing their close bond as sisters.

Haley shared her thoughts on the shared experience, remarking, “Going through recovery together makes me want to experience pregnancy with her too. We keep each other company.” The twins have often been noted for doing everything in tandem, with Haley explaining, “I guarantee you would too if you were in the womb together.”
