A source shared with Fox News Digital that Ellen and Portia intend to spend the winter in Montecito but reaffirmed that their primary home remains in England. “Ellen and Portia love the Cotswolds and cannot wait to return to England,” the insider conveyed.

“We got here the day before the election and woke up to lots of texts from our friends with crying emojis, and I was like, ‘He got in,'” Ellen expressed regarding her decision to stay in England after the 2024 election results, as highlighted in her conversation with broadcaster Richard Bacon.

During their time in England, the couple has grown fond of the region’s picturesque landscapes and the local horse culture, aspects they reminisce about when away. Portia’s passion for polo and horses adds another layer of attraction to their countryside lifestyle.
