Hilaria Baldwin Shares Fitness Insights and Family Updates on Instagram

Hilaria Baldwin, a 42-year-old yoga instructor, recently shared her fitness regimen on Instagram while showcasing her fit physique in a bikini. Baldwin, who is married to 68-year-old Alec Baldwin and a mother to seven children, posted a video demonstrating glute exercises in her bathroom.

In the video, she wore a red twist-front halter bikini top paired with high-waisted floral bottoms. Her accessories included a silver necklace with a diamond cross pendant and diamond stud earrings. Baldwin’s fitness routine involved exercises such as squats, kickbacks, and lateral leg raises, performed while she placed her hands on the bathroom counter.

In her post, she encouraged followers to perform 5 to 10 repetitions of each exercise in three sets. Baldwin’s followers expressed admiration for her dedication and fitness level, praising her in the comments. One user remarked on how impressive it was for her to maintain her physique while raising multiple children.

Baldwin and Alec Baldwin first met in 2011 and married in 2012. They have three daughters—Carmen Gabriela, 12, Maria Lucia, 5, and Ilaria Catalina, 3—and four sons—Rafael Thomas, 11, Leonardo Angel, 9, Romeo Alejandro, 8, and Eduardo, 5. Alec also has a daughter, Ireland, 30, with his ex-wife Kim Basinger.

Baldwin regularly shares workout videos with her followers and has released a fitness DVD, “@ Home with Hilaria Baldwin: Fit Mommy-to-Be Prenatal Yoga,” and authored the wellness book “The Living Clearly Method” in 2016.

Recently, Baldwin returned from a summer vacation in Spain, her first time traveling with her seven children alone. She described the trip as “endless chaos” but noted her children were well-behaved. The Baldwin family plans to spend future summers in Spain and is currently selling their $20 million Hamptons estate.

In a recent Instagram post, Baldwin shared photos and videos from their time in Spain, expressing gratitude for her family and their journey together. Despite returning to New York, she noted that home is defined by the loved ones around her.
