President Donald Trump’s latest physical exam results have been disclosed by the White House. Earlier this week, Trump underwent his annual medical examination at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The evaluation involved 22 specialists from various academic institutions.
According to the memo, Trump weighs 238 pounds, with a blood pressure of 105/71 mmHg and a temperature of 98.7 degrees Fahrenheit. His eye exam was normal, and the ear, nose, and throat check was also normal except for scarring on his right ear, attributed to a previous gunshot injury.
Trump’s physician, Captain Sean P. Barbabella, noted that an AI-enhanced ECG of Trump’s heart indicated his cardiac age to be around 14 years younger than his actual age. Trump’s 80th birthday is on June 14. The memo stated, “Overall, cardiac function is normal, and circulation to the extremities remains intact.”
The physical occurs amid continued attention to Trump’s health and appearance. Trump and his medical team have consistently maintained that there are no underlying health issues concerning the look of his hands. In April 2025, Barbabella mentioned that Trump remains in excellent health with strong cardiac, pulmonary, neurological, and general physical function.
Past White House statements have attributed visible hand discoloration and bruising to frequent handshakes, aspirin use, and light soft-tissue irritation. The memo by Barbabella further emphasized that bruising is a benign effect of aspirin use combined with frequent handshakes.
The latest memo also mentions mild swelling in Trump’s lower legs, noting it as an improvement from the previous year. The summary reiterated that Trump “remains in excellent health,” affirming his full capability to perform his duties as Commander-in-Chief and Head of State.
