Félicien Kabuga, a Rwandan business figure accused of financing genocidal acts in 1994, passed away on May 16 in The Hague. He was suspected to be over 90 years old.
Kabuga was indicted with charges of genocide and crimes against humanity. He was accused of equipping Hutu militias responsible for the massacre of more than 800,000 individuals, primarily ethnic Tutsis, in 1994.
