Wrestler Killer Kross and His Surprising Bond with a Stray Cat

Killer Kross, the world heavyweight champion of Major League Wrestling (MLW), has a fearsome reputation in the ring. Known for his aggressive style, he recently emerged victorious in Battle Riot VIII. While his opponents may view him as a formidable adversary, Kross reveals a different side outside the ring.

In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, Kross discussed MLW’s partnership with Veeps. During the chat, a surprise visitor appeared: his cat. Kross recounted the heartwarming story of how he and his wife, Scarlett Bordeaux, a fellow professional wrestler, came to adopt the cat.

Kross shared his allergy struggles, having been highly allergic to cats all his life. Despite this, he and his wife were drawn to a stray kitten they found at their doorstep. They frequently encountered stray animals while traveling, often feeding them, but this particular kitten captured their attention.

Initially, they left food for the kitten when it appeared at their door, though they didn’t see it regularly at first. Eventually, the kitten started bringing gifts, such as pieces of mice. Kross was unaware of this behavior’s significance and researched to understand it. Despite severe allergic reactions, Kross and the kitten gradually became comfortable around each other.

The turning point arrived with an approaching hurricane. Unwilling to leave the stray vulnerable, they provided it with shelter. Kross’s wife purchased a small house, cat structures, and toys to keep the kitten safe by their front door. Over time, it began to trust them and eventually moved into their home.

One day, the cat appeared injured and bleeding. Kross rushed it to a veterinarian, covering substantial medical expenses to ensure its health. Remarkably, despite being stray, the cat was very friendly and adjusted quickly to their care. It underwent surgery, received a clean bill of health, and returned home with a cone for protection.

Inside their home, Kross set up a dedicated space for the cat, complete with an automatic litter box. Their two dogs accepted the newcomer, and the animals quickly formed a strong bond. Kross expressed amazement at his newfound absence of cat allergies and enjoyment of the cat’s unique personality and intelligence.

Kross emphasizes that while he maintains a fierce persona in the ring, he possesses compassion and kindness beyond it. The new season of “MLW Fusion” will premiere on a global streaming platform, accessible for free.
