Milania Giudice, daughter of Teresa Giudice from ‘Real Housewives of New Jersey,’ was arrested for alleged assault last month. The Montville Township Police responded to a domestic dispute call on May 14. They detained Milania at 6:12 p.m., as per court documents reviewed by Fox News Digital.
Police Chief Andrew Caggiano stated that Milania Giudice was charged with Simple Assault, which is categorized as a Disorderly Persons Offense under New Jersey law (N.J.S.A. 2C: 12-1a(1)).
Milania, who is 20 years old, pleaded not guilty and was released until her scheduled court hearing. Caggiano emphasized that a criminal complaint is only an accusation. Milania is considered innocent unless proven guilty in court.

The Giudice family representatives have not responded to requests for comments from Fox News Digital.
